Project Manager

As a Project Manager of FPT Digital, you will support the Director to manage Consulting Project activities and developing a Digital Transformation Roadmap to help businesses gain competitive advantages by leveraging digital technology.


Position Description

· Manage day-to-day project execution

· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

· Co-ordinate with experts and project team members to build detailed consulting reports

· Co-ordinate with other project parties such as clients, QA, external experts, etc. to ensure that the consulting projects meet clients’ requirements & satisfaction

· Organize a united team where all team members can communicate and contribute to assigned activities

· Produce activity reports for all operations of the team (monthly, weekly & ad-hoc) for clients or internal Partners, Directors

· Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders through proficient communication

· Participate in the bidding process (including but not limited to gathering requirements, developing proposals, providing estimation, and planning)

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks



· University degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or a relevant discipline

· Professional certification in Project Management (PMP / Prince 2) is preferred.

· Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall…).

· Capable of leading the project implementation/consulting team and delivering high-quality results.

· Have more than 5 years of experience in project management for digital transformation/consulting/systems integration/software development projects or in a management position.

· Good people management skills, project management skills, organization skills, negotiation skills, and time management skills.

· Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills to clients’ C-Level/Managers.

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.
03 HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
