Manager – Digital Consulting

As a Manager – Digital Consulting of FPT Digital, you will support the Director and Associate Director to carry out business and project development activities and develop a Digital Transformation Roadmap to help businesses gain competitive advantages by leveraging digital technology.


Position Description  

  • Collaborate with experts and project team members, deploy experience and in-depth professional knowledge to assess the current status of business operations, and customer operations, and develop appropriate solutions.  
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and other methods to collect sufficient information about objectives, current status, and problems in clients’ operational business activities.   
  • Organize inter-departmental meetings to provide expertise in operations and business, and build digital initiatives leading to improve business efficiency. 
  • Develop detailed reports for consulting projects.  


  • Degree in Business Administration/Accounting and Finance/Economics or another related qualification with an excellent track record.  
  • Work independently and possess good team coordination.  
  • Ability to update market trends and technology applications in business and operation activities.  
  • Possess analytical ability and practical experience in operating a business.  
  • Experience in consulting, technology, or business and project management experience is preferred.  
  • Experienced in proposing and implementing consulting projects which improve operational and business efficiency.  
  • Having an in-depth understanding of the business and operating processes of the enterprise.

01 Test (required for some positions)
If we see that you are potential candidate from the CV, you will be invited to take part in a test prior the 1st interview. With this test, we’ll gain a through understanding of you, your throughts and how you interact, and solve the problem.
02 Aptitude interview
If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.
03 HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
