As the Enterprise Architect of FPT Digital, you will work on the consultation of Enterprise Architecture/ IT Architecture, aligning with the Digital Transformation roadmap to help clients gain competitive advantages by leveraging digital technology.
Position Description
· Consult design of Enterprise Architecture (Business Architecture, Information/Data Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture) which aligns with clients’ Business Strategy and Digital Transformation Roadmap.
· Design digital solutions and initiatives to improve business efficiency and operational processes, helping clients change, improving customers’ experience, or creating new business models that bring added value to their business.
· Responsible for designing and implementing surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and other methods to collect sufficient information about the future goals, current situation, and problems in the enterprise architecture/information technology architecture of clients.
· Cooperate with Partners and other Directors for the development of the organization, develop new opportunities, and new services for the Company to catch up with the market, and technology trends.
· Collaborate with Partners to evaluate and improve service packages and project implementation methodology.
Qualification
· Experienced in consulting, designing, implementing, and operating important IT projects/ Enterprise Architecture projects/IT Architecture projects in large corporations and companies, bringing high efficiency, and developing project goals from the business perspective of enterprises.
· University degree, preferably in the IT field, Enterprise Architecture certificate (TOGAF) is preferable
· Preferably over 10 years of experience in the technology field.
· Used to hold the position of Senior Executive (CIO/CTO/ IT Manager/ EA Manager)
· Used to be a Director – Technology or equivalent positions in consulting firms.
· Ability to capture market, technology, and architecture trends and take advantage of information and knowledge to advise and propose to customers.
· Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with Technical teams and Business teams. Experience guiding/teaching others in architecture principles, such as roadmaps, technical standards, non-functional requirements, and solution diagramming/documentation.
