Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage broad-based B2B marketing programs, lead generation, website development and content creation, and sales collateral. You’ll be based in the Hanoi office.



  • Provide short-and-long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales, and the broader organization
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis for brand positioning and promoting sales qualified leads.
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing activities
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, social media content creation, participation in industry conferences and events, and website updates


  • Major in Marcom, PR, or business field; MBA preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
  • Experience in B2B branding and Marcom for a top consulting firm preferred
  • Proven tracking record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
  • Main branding and Marcom skills include marketing research, content marketing, email marketing, and social media, both in strategic planning and implementation
  • Additional and plus skills are email marketing, event marketing, and the ability to run ads
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in a highly efficient team environment
  • To some extent, you have knowledge of CX, UX, UI, and BX to deliver the best to our clients
  • You are interested in digital transformation and would like to learn more about it
  • Language: English and Vietnamese

01 Test (required for some positions)
If we see that you are potential candidate from the CV, you will be invited to take part in a test prior the 1st interview. With this test, we’ll gain a through understanding of you, your throughts and how you interact, and solve the problem.
02 Aptitude interview
If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.
03 HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
