- Competitor and customer insights research and keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for enhance customer experiences (45%).
- Support upper level in preparing required documents related to business and customer needs information (35%).
- Other tasks assigned by the leaders (20%).
- Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related majors.
- Organizational, analytic skills, and problem-solving is a must.
- Analytical thinking with theoretical and research proficiency.
- Proficiency in English, especially writing skills, is highly encouraged.
